Can't believe how poor this product is. Literally no scent in a small room. There must be a flaw with the thick black wand in the bottle. It simply does not work.

Placed diffuser in small bathroom. Literally no scent or fragrance noticeable which is very disappointing for the price we paid. Reversed thick black reed a few times but made no difference. Hard to believe how ineffective this product is. You can buy a 5 euro diffuser in a supermarket which is far superior.

Very dissatisfied with this. The fragrance is very very weak, and for 77 euros a very expensive diffuser which doesn’t really offer any fragrance.

I was so excited to receive our diffuser as we recently stayed at an Ikos hotel in Halkidiki and fell in love with the smell of your fragrance.
Upon receipt, I opened the bottle and it brought back so many memories. My disappointment was how weak the fragrance is !? We placed the bottle in my hallway and each evening when we returned from work the fragrance was minimal unless you stand over the bottle ! I would love to keep buying this but it’s an aweful lot of money for such a weak fragrance.

Having recently returned from Sani resort where this fragrance fills the air, we purchased this for the home to remind us of our time. You can only smell the fragrance if you walk up and sniff the diffuser within centimetres. A pointless, disappointing purchase.
